A great opportunity for physicians in GA. Increased rate available for Emergency/Hospitalist near the Georgia/South Carolina border in a hybrid setting. A “hybrid” practice involves a physician and a Nurse Practioner, each with Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist credentials, each working a 24 hour shift together, jointly managing acute inpatient and EM patients during each shift.

· 48 Bed Short Term Acute Care hospital with a 5 Bed Emergency Department and 4 Bed ICU
· 7,500 Annual ED volume
· Inpatient volume average is 1-4/day
· Elbert Memorial Hospital is affiliated with AnMed Health in Anderson, SC
· Backup includes: Radiology including Ultrasound, FM, ICU, IM, GS, Orthopedics, GYN, Sleep Medicine
· 24 hour shifts available
· 3rd Year Residents allowed to moonlight
· Physicians must have current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, No BC Requirements
Our HospitalMD Hybrid Physician Compensation Model at Elbert Memorial Hospital is an Hourly Rate of $140/hr plus Inpatient Encounter Incentives
