Physician Hybrid Opportunity at Growing Community Hospital between Atlanta and Macon

A wonderful opportunity at a growing community hospital between Atlanta and Macon at Monroe County Hospital in Forsyth, GA. A “hybrid” practice involves a physician and a Nurse Practioner, each with Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist credentials, each working a 24-hour shift together, jointly managing acute inpatient and EM patients during each shift. 8,500 annual ED volume

5 bed Emergency Department

Daily Inpatient Encounter Census: 2-4 average

Physicians must have current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications with prior ED experience preferred

Independent Contract status with HospitalMD providing Malpractice Coverage at no cost.
